6. Violation & Enforcement

VIOLATION OF THIS RESEARCH USE ONLY POLICY CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE and may result in:

Immediate termination of your account without refund
Cancellation of all pending and future orders
Permanent ban from purchasing products
Reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities
Pursuit of all available legal remedies, including damages, injunctive relief, and prosecution

7. Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of any misuse of our products, including use for human consumption or any prohibited application, please report it immediately to our Compliance Department at compliance@kingstonpeptides.com. We take product misuse seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies as required by law.
